Having scored last year with a Super Bowl-themed online ad featuring Terry Bradshaw and social media tie-ins, DiGiorno has this year recruited an active NFL pro — the Green Bay Packers’ Clay Matthews — and added some social star-power.

Matthews and social media celebrities Ray William Johnson, Colleen Evans and DeStorm Power (shown at left in that order, from left), are featured in a series of short videos dubbed #MakeTheRightCall.

The videos (viewable on DiGiorno’s YouTube channel and Twitter and Facebook pages) show Matthews setting his young guests straight when they make various “wrong calls” during a game-day party — like taking his chair, hogging the couch, overdoing it with selfies or, worst of all, trying to order delivery pizza instead of serving DiGiorno hot from his own kitchen oven.

DiGiorno, which is obviously looking to magnify the campaign’s social reach through the young influencers’ massive follower bases, is encouraging fans to follow the brand on Twitter (@DiGiornoPizza), in particular.
