Seven teenagers were taken to a local hospital Saturday night after they were overcome with excitement at a Dolan Twins show at iPlay America in Freehold, New Jersey.
Freehold police Officer Daniel Rehberg said 21 other show-goers were treated at the scene by EMS personnel from several local towns.
He said the seven that were taken to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune were treated for panic attacks, anxiety and shortness of breath.
More than 2,000 people crammed into the iPlay America Event Center to catch the Dolan Twins, two 16-year-old brothers who have become an Internet sensation. The brothers, Grayson and Ethan, have nearly 2 million subscribers on their YouTube channel, where they post videos of themselves and their antics.

Rehberg said police arrived at iPlay America around 7:30 p.m. The Dolan Twins stopped the show for about an hour, Rehberg said, but then came back on stage to finish the show and held a meet-and-greet afterwards.
In a tweet during the break, Grayson Dolan urged fans to calm down.
For everyone at the New Jersey show right now. Please take a seat and a deep breath. Once everyone is seated the show will continue❤️ love u

Attendees Meghan Roberts and Piper Scheiffele, both 14, told the Asbury Park Press that hoards of revelers in the front two rows “started trampling each other” when the Dolan Twins came on stage.
Another concert-goer, Amanda Brown, told the newspaper the frenzy started even before the two boys came on stage.
“When a video of them started, that’s when it started,” Brown told the Asbury Park Press.
